Internal inspection process:
1 incoming inspection:
1, castings and forgings of component testing
2, flaw detection,
(2) the production process inspection:
1, the process, order the seizure, the total seizure
2, heat treatment, hardness testing, nitriding thickness inspection, surface inspection
3, hydrostatic test
3 pump factory inspection:
1, the test stand trial
2, pump spares random test
One by one, and credited documented, well documented, to ensure that each factory pumps are qualified products.
